The program features 5 key development tracks that collectively aim to expand participants’ professional networks, enhance their skills, and boost their confidence in their job search.

Content of the program

The Green Innovators program consists of 5 activities – which all together creates the best job oppertunities

Case study program and internship

Participants are matched with a company based on their profiles and preferences. Together with a team of 3-6 candidates, they will work on solving a strategically sustainability project for the company over an 8-week period.

 

Job-oriented activities & workshops

You will receive a customized course with focus on job-oriented activities during the TalentX program. It consists of different workshops and job events. The workshops will strengthen your job search skills

Change agent
course

You will also get acces to a change agent course, which is a online innovation and design course. You will learn how to manage a change process through self-management, and learn about the tools you need to execute a design sprint.

Jobcoach

The main activity will be case solving, where

Each participant is assigned a personal job coach during and after the program. The job coach is an experienced business professional who offers one-on-one coaching and guidance on the participant’s goals, challenges, and job search strategy.

 

Course on green transition

All participants receive a course focusing on circular business models, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and sustainable business practices.

Holmris B8

The talent team focused on investigating and mapping HOLMRIS B8’s future business model, with a strong emphasis on developing sustainable solutions designed to maintain and strengthen the company’s market position.

Bureau Veritas

The talent team carried out a successful and well-structured Nordic workshop aimed at establishing potential partnerships within the sustainable value chains of the Nordic region.

F&H Group

The talent team focused on supporting F&H Group in working with CSR reporting, with a particular emphasis on developing and improving CO₂ reporting

Procon Wind Energy

The talent team focused on integrating and measuring the UN Sustainable Development Goals (7, 8, 13, 17) and developed an implementation and branding strategy to strengthen sustainability internally and externally.

Alumeco Group

The talent team developed an improved and more data-driven backorder policy. In addition, the team focused on optimizing Alumeco Group’s aluminum waste management for the benefit of the environment.
